• "Customer" / "Freelancer" - Refers to a business, agency, or individual offering Freelance Services to a Buyer/Client.
• "Freelance Services" / "Services" / "Jobs" / "Gigs" - Services offered between a Buyer and a Freelancer.
• "Skillspin" / "we" / "us" / "the Company" - Refers to Skillspin, a unit of Tech Wynk IT Solutions LLP.
• "Website" / "the Website" / "Website/Service" - Refers to www.Skillspin.com.
• "Customer Contract" - The agreement between the Buyer and the Freelancer for Freelance Services to be performed.

4.1. Platform for Freelancers and Buyers

The Website acts as a platform to connect Freelancers and Buyers. Freelancers showcase their skills and services, while Buyers present their needs. The Company does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or reliability of Freelancers or their services.

The Company and the Website act solely as facilitators, providing a platform for Freelancers and Buyers to establish contact. Any contracts, discussions, agreements, or arrangements for provision/compensation between Freelancers and Buyers are not the responsibility of the Company or the Website.

4.2. Modification of Services

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website's services at any time without prior notice. Skillspin reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Website's services are offered, including but not limited to charges associated with the use of the Website.

5. User Obligations

By using the Website, Users agree to:
